The showroom was packed with local riding clubs, motovloggers, and media getting a close-up look at the refreshed Trident 660, the new Daytona 660 supersport, and the long-distance Tiger Sport 660.
The biggest talking point of the night was what Triumph did under the hood. They reworked the 660cc triple-cylinder engine with brand-new cams and bigger throttle bodies, pushing total power up to 94 horsepower. That is a huge jump from the older 80-hp version, giving you a lot more top-end power and a higher 12,650-rpm redline to play with.
Triumph also bumped up the tech package across all three bikes. They now come equipped with a 6-axis IMU, bringing lean-sensitive Cornering ABS and Traction Control to the platform. If you ride frequently through unpredictable roads or sudden rain, that extra electronics package is a huge confidence booster.
