DUCATI DAVAO’S ANNUAL ITALIAN NIGHT WILL FEATURE THE OFFICIAL LAUNCH OF THE ALL-NEW HYPERMOTARD AND MONSTER V2
OFFICIAL RELEASE: Ducati Philippines | PUBLISHER: ADVAI
Davao City, Philippines — October 9, 2026 — Ducati Philippines in cooperation with Norminring Development Corporation (NDC) brings the excitement of its latest generation of motorcycles to Mindanao with the official launch of the all-new Ducati Hypermotard V2 and the Mindanao launch of the all-new Ducati Monster V2 at the Italian Night, held at Ducati Davao on October 9, 2026.
The evening brings together Ducatisti, motorcycle enthusiasts, media, and guests for a celebration of Italian style, sophistication, performance, and Ducati’s relentless pursuit of innovation.
THE ALL-NEW HYPERMOTARD V2
Celebrating 20 years of Hypermotard heritage, the new Hypermotard V2 makes its Philippine debut with a completely renewed package that pushes the legendary Hypermotard formula further— lighter, more agile, more powerful, and more technologically advanced than ever.
At its heart is Ducati’s new 890 cc V2 engine, producing 120 hp and 94 Nm of torque. At just 54.5 kg, it is Ducati’s lightest twin-cylinder engine and contributes significantly to the motorcycle’s reduced weight and agile character.
The Hypermotard V2 also features a completely redesigned chassis, supermotard-inspired ergonomics, and a sophisticated electronics package managed by a six-axis IMU. Cornering ABS, Ducati Traction Control, Ducati Wheelie Control, Engine Brake Control, four Riding Modes, and Ducati Quick Shift 2.0 give riders greater control while unlocking the bike’s playful and aggressive personality.
Its unmistakable design retains signature Hypermotard elements—including the iconic front “beak,” double-wing tank cover, exposed trellis frame, and twin under-tail exhausts—while giving them a sharper, more contemporary interpretation.
THE ALL-NEW MONSTER V2
The Monster V2, following its Philippine debut in Manila on August 26, returns to the spotlight in Mindanao. The fifth generation of the legendary Monster continues Ducati’s iconic “Everything you need, nothing more” philosophy, combining minimalist design with sophisticated performance and technology.
The new Monster is powered by Ducati’s 890 cc V2 engine, delivering up to 111 hp and 91.1 Nm of torque. The engine features Intake Variable Timing (IVT) for smooth and responsive power delivery across the rev range, while its 45,000-kilometer valve-clearance service interval sets a benchmark for the category.
Weighing just 175 kg dry, the new Monster is the lightest four-valve Monster ever produced. Its monocoque chassis, lightweight V2 engine, Showa suspension, Brembo brakes, and revised ergonomics deliver an agile and intuitive riding experience.

THE DUCATI EXPERIENCE CONTINUES IN MINDANAO
The Italian Night at Ducati Davao represents more than the arrival of two new motorcycles. It is a celebration of Ducati’s growing presence in Mindanao and its commitment to bringing the latest products and experiences closer to Ducatisti across the Philippines.
With the Hypermotard V2 bringing a new level of lightweight performance and adrenaline, and the Monster V2 redefining the iconic Ducati naked motorcycle for a new generation, Ducati Philippines continues to write the next chapter of its story—one motorcycle, one ride, and one Ducatista at a time.
