Moto Parkway revs up as the newest lifestyle destination for riders in Southern Luzon, that is set to become the premier sanctuary
MALVAR, BATANGAS – Moto Parkway is now open at the LIMA Estate. This is a bold move to unify and elevate the local motorcycling community. During a high-energy launching ceremony, the mission “Built for the Ride, Built for the Culture” will be the venue that is set to become the premier sanctuary. Enthusiasts, hobbyists, and professional riders in the South and even in the Metro Central District, NCR.
Despite inclement weather, the event saw a massive turnout. Riding clubs, including the International Fellowship of Motorcycling (IFMR) and Burn MC Philippines, made the launch in a full house. The launch was headlined by Coach Erwin Carpena of Executive MotoStuff and MotorClyde Training Center. He emphasized that Moto Parkway is more than just a parking space. It is a dedicated hub for safety, camaraderie, and industry innovation.
A Hub for Inclusion and Safety
One of the highlights of the event was the announcement of the Ladies of Harley Philippines chapter. This new club directly reports to the Asia headquarters. This initiative aims to empower female riders across the archipelago, encouraging them to embrace the road with professional riding protocols.
To maintain a standard of excellence, Moto Parkway introduced an official Sticker System. This “badge of responsibility” is an identifying insignia that all participants frequenting the weekend meet-ups adhere to strict safety community discipline.
Strategic Partnerships and Future Growth
The launch also integrated a strong sense of corporate social responsibility. The Rotary Club of Metro Lipa introduced a grand raffle featuring a CFMoto 450CL-C big bike, with proceeds dedicated to various community development projects.
Looking ahead, the management unveiled plans for a 4,000-square-meter Off-Road Adventure Track scheduled for a March 2026 opening. This facility will cater to:
