Reyoca, the prmoinent rider welfare advocate and founder of the motorcycle ride-hailing platform Angkas, articulated points how riders are percieved and supported. He emphasized their crucial role as an economic movers. The group of individuals who deserves gretaer attention concerning their safety on the road. Their liberty to experience a quality life through access to equitable legal frameworks governing their profession. Each riders faces daily challenge that often hinders opportunity for a better service and improvement on their craft as a self-employed professonal navigating around highway tolls. He further elaborate on a range of problematic government polocies such as issues on motorcycle plates, the cumbersome process of onwership transfers, restricted access to major highway tollways, the inconsistent implementation of motorcycle lanes, and various regulations that often applied arbitrary at the local government unit (LGU) level.
