In today’s fast-evolving world, shaping the riding culture of Gen Z goes beyond just providing motorcycles; it’s about inspiring a lifestyle, fostering safe riding habits, and connecting with students in ways that resonate with their individuality. Yamaha Motor Philippines’ Mio Fazzio plays a key role in this journey, offering a functional and stylish ride that complements the way young riders move and express themselves. To bring this vision to life, Yamaha launched the Younique Campus Outlaws. It’s a roadshow event that will visit different campuses across the country. In every stopover, there will be a week-long phygital journey where students will experience the Mio Fazzio lifestyle in an interactive and stylized way. The first leg was set in the DMMA College of Southern Philippines, Davao.
A Week filled with Activities and Experiences
Students embarked on an exciting journey with QR-code challenges; they earned points as they explored each activity and interacted with the various installations. This gamified approach kept the energy high and encouraged participation throughout the week.
Amidst the campus is the Mio Fazzio product display, showcasing every colorway and lifestyle inspiration for students. From the perfect campus fit check to planning their next ride, students got a firsthand look at how each design reflects personal style.
Besides all the activities, the Yamaha Riding Academy conducted a hands-on Learn to Ride session, giving students the confidence to ride the Mio Fazzio safely. From mastering the basics to understanding riding etiquette, the activity ensured that, as early as now, students understand the value of safe riding.
The week ends with the Night of Youniqueness, a special program where students express their individuality and unique sense of style.
Adding to the excitement, the event featured a live performance from a Gen Z favorite rising musician, Earl Agustin, creating a night that blended self-expression, music, and the vibrant energy of campus life.
